Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, only exchanges. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different item, send us an email at Info@mayhofman.com and send your item to: May Hofman Studio, 49 Horns Road, Stroud, Gl51EB.
We do not do exchanges or refund on any commission work, if the item was faulty or broke with in 3 months we will fix it free of change, after that there will be a small free for repairs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item becomes damaged within 20 days we will replace it free of charge (customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product) if a damage occurs after 20 days there will be a small charge for the repair. If you would like your jewellery cleaned, re-polished or re plated please email us directly for a quote on the service.
